My hair felt soft after using it, so I can’t say it was bad. But it started feeling dry again sooner than I expected. What’s the point if the softness doesn’t really last, right? It’s okay, just not anything amazing.

The shade range is disappointing. Every time I check, the shades I need are missing, which is just silly for a product like this.

I ordered a specific color and length, but what showed up was completely different. I’ve bought hair from other places before and never had this kind of mix-up, so it was frustrating. Customer service took a while to respond and didn’t really do much to fix the issue. After waiting for it to arrive, getting something that wasn’t even what I paid for was really annoying.

I thought it looked good when I first got it, but after wearing it for a little while, it just didn’t feel great on me. It started to feel a bit tight and itchy after about an hour, so I ended up wanting to take it off. It might work better for someone else, but unfortunately it wasn’t quite right for me.

My first impression of ruskhair.com wasn’t the best, mainly because the refund process took way longer than I expected. I had to reach out more than once, and the updates I got weren’t very clear, which made the whole thing feel a bit frustrating. I did eventually get my refund, but the experience definitely could’ve been smoother...

I still remember opening the package from ruskhair.com and feeling that little rush of excitement, because I really thought the hair was going to look full and healthy. But once I took it out and ran my fingers through it, I noticed right away that it felt thinner than I expected, especially toward the ends.

At first I tried to convince myself it would look better once I wore it, but after a few wears it just started looking flat and kind of weak. It didn’t have that fullness I pictured when I placed the order, and that was disappointing.

Maybe I was expecting too much, but I can still remember standing in front of the mirror feeling let down because it just wasn’t giving the look I wanted. For the price, I really thought it would feel thicker and more worth it

I ordered hair from Rusk Hair i was let down. It looked okay at first, but after wearing it a few times, I started noticing way more shedding than I expected.
Every time I brushed it or even just ran my fingers through it, strands were coming out. I know some shedding is normal, but this felt excessive, especially for something that wasn’t exactly cheap.

I also didn’t feel confident reaching out to customer service because I’ve learned not to expect much help once a company already has your money. For the price, I really thought it would hold up better, but I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I placed my order expecting it to arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but the shipping ended up being much slower than I thought it would be. The tracking barely updated, so I was just sitting there checking it over and over with no real idea where my package was.
By the time it finally showed up, I was too mentally drained from the whole thing to even be excited about it anymore. Unless they sort out their delivery times, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I reached out to ruskhair.com recently about an issue I was having, the wait for a proper reply felt way too long. I had to follow up more than once before I got anything that actually answered my question.

Maybe it feels worse because this just happened and it’s still fresh in my mind, but it was really frustrating. I only needed a clear answer, and the whole experience didn’t feel like the level of service I expected.

I was so excited when I first put these extensions in because they looked really at the start. But i still remember how disappointed I felt after just a short time— they started getting rough and shedding way faster than I expected. I really wanted to love them, but they just didn’t last for me.

After washing it, it felt maybe a little shorter, which was kind of annoying because I didn’t feel like dealing with surprises. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I did expect it to be more exact. Overall, it’s okay, not terrible, just not quite perfect either.

From what I remember, this was way harder to put on than it should’ve been. The clips didn’t seem to line up right, and the instructions weren’t much help at all. I spent a long time messing with it and eventually just gave up. Definitely not something I’d recommend for a beginner.
